We visited the Jabal Ahkdar Mountains and ancient mountain villages, enjoyed the wonderful Alila Jabal Ahkdar Hotel,
swam with turtles on the Damaniyat Islands, saw the sunset at Desert Night Adventure Camp, Wadi bani Klalid,
were well accommodated at the W Hotel Muscat and enjoyed the beach at the new Jumeirah Muscat Bay Hotel,
followed by a sundowner cruise on an old Dhow.
